In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, we inform our clients that, in the event of a dispute, they have the possibility of resorting to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity. These entities are mechanisms that aim at the quick and effective resolution of consumer disputes, without the need to resort to the courts.
